Going ice-fishing with snowmobiles is a fun way to spend a winter day like a local. This way we can move quickly to many different Ice-fishing spots to maximize our chances of catching fish and instead of spending time walking to the fishing spot, we can focus on just getting there quickly and focus on the fishing. During this Private experience, we will go to very private fishing spots to enjoy the calmness of the environment!
Also if it looks like it’s an unlucky day for fishing, we can spend more time snowmobiling aswell!

We understand that most visitors might not have the right clothing for the snowy conditions and arctic climate. So, for your convenience as well as to guarantee maximum satisfaction and give you the best possible experience we will provide you with the above.
We also provide cozy beanies and mittens. Feel free to bring your own winter clothing but from past experience we highly recommend to use our high quality items.

Before booking, we would like for you to be aware of a few crucial things.
- If you want to operate a snowmobile, a Drivers license is required. (Does not apply to passengers)
- You must be 18 years or older to drive a snowmobile
- Operating a snowmobile under the influence of drugs and alcohol are prohibited
- Always listen to the snowmobile guide’s instructions

What can I expect from the Private Ice Fishing with Snowmobiles experience?
You hop onto snowmobiles to quickly reach secluded ice-fishing spots. There, you learn safe fishing techniques while surrounded by peaceful winter landscapes. If the weather doesn’t favor fishing, you can enjoy extended snowmobiling instead.
What is included in the tour package?
The tour includes an English-speaking guide (other languages available upon request), snowmobiling equipment (helmet, balaclava, snowmobile), ice-fishing gear and safety instructions, winter clothing, warm campfire snacks and drinks, plus pick-up and drop-off within Rovaniemi.
Who is this tour suitable for?
You don’t need prior experience. The route is easy, and our guides provide step-by-step instructions for both snowmobiling and ice fishing. We also provide high-quality gear—winter overalls, boots, and beanies—to make sure you stay warm and comfortable throughout the experience.
What happens if the tour can’t continue due to low participation?
If fewer than two people sign up, the tour may be rescheduled or cancelled. We’ll coordinate with you in advance to ensure you’re informed about any changes to your booking.
